Acceptance of the terms and conditions is given when you make a purchase from us so please read the terms and conditions carefully before making a purchase from this website.

General Information about Website and Goods

We try to make sure that all information on the website is accurate and correct at all times. We will try to resolve all information errors on the website as soon as reasonably possible. If you believe that such an error has affected your purchase, please let us know. However, because we take these steps we will not be liable to you for any errors on the website.

You should bear in mind that buying clothing and accessories over the internet provides a different shopping experience to buying in-store.

Be aware that:

The colours which are shown on the website will depend on many factors - including your computer display settings
All sizes and measurements are approximate
All goods are subject to availability - we may not be able to supply your order
Any delivery estimates given are estimates only
The goods and promotions which are offered on the website may not be available in-store, and vice-versa

Buying Goods

You place an order with us by completing the following process:

Adding product to your shopping basket
Checkout step 1 – Login details
Checkout step 2 – Address details
Checkout step 3 – Payment details
Confirmation of order

On receipt of your order, we will send you an Order Confirmation email to the email address which you have provided to us. This email will contain your order number and details of the goods ordered. Note that this email is only to acknowledge that your order has been received and is not acceptance by us of any offers to purchase goods. An Order Despatch email will be sent and payment taken from your credit/ debit card when we know we have the goods you have ordered. This is when we have agreed to a contract with you.

We must receive full payment before we can accept it as an order. Where you select to pay by credit or debit card we will process the payment at the time of preparing your goods for despatch.
Your order will only be deemed to be accepted by us when we despatch that product to you and send you an Order Despatch email which includes details of the product. We reserve the right to refuse any order prior to acceptance. If a product is not available we will include details of the unavailable product in the Order Despatch email.

All prices and charges on the website are in Euro. Delivery charges may apply and these will be displayed in the order process.All prices are, unless otherwise stated, inclusive of VAT and other applicable taxes.

Returning Goods

At CHICA we want you to be delighted every time you shop with us. Occasionally though, we know you may want to return or exchange an item, so below are our instructions of how. We regret that products purchased through this site cannot be returned to CHICA stores, only to CHICA online at the below address. Items bought in a CHICA store cannot be returned to CHICA Online or exchanged for any items in the Online store. CHICA reserves the rights to refuse an exchange or refund if the goods returned are deemed to have been damaged or tampered with or worn, goods will only be accepted once they have undergone a standard quality check and confirmed that the return tags were not removed.

Please Note:

Please ensure all items are returned to us in their original condition. Please follow the instructions below, failure to do so may result in CHICA being unable to accept a return.

All goods must be returned with the labels intact and not removed. If the tags have been removed, goods cannot be returned or exchanged.
No return or exchange on Jewellery this includes earrings, bracelets, necklaces, brooches.
No return or exchange on underwear or bikinis
No return or exchange on Custom Made items specifically ordered for customer.
Clothing: When trying on clothing, please ensure that you are not wearing any fragrance, make-up, fake tan or deodorant that may leave a scent or mark.
Jewellery and Watches: Avoid contact with perfume, deodorant, hairspray or water. Avoid scratches by storing in a non-abrasive box or pouch. Handle with care and do not apply unnecessary force
Footwear: Footwear will only be accepted back if returned to us unworn and in its original unmarked and undamaged box.

Returns - Change of mind

Contact customer services at info@chicaboutiqueonline.com or +35316351852 within 48 hours of receiving item stating your original order number and the item you wish to return. The item needs to be returned to us within 7 days of receipt of your goods.
You will receive a returns number by email.
Complete the returns form.
Returned items must reach CHICA within 7 days of receipt of the item.
Send the item(s) back to CHICA at the address on the returns form, preferably in the original packaging or a suitable replacement. Your parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us, so we recommend using Registered Post or a registered delivery service. Please obtain a proof of posting certificate which you should retain until you receive your refund.
Please note that returning items will be at your expense.
Items must be returned to CHICA in their original condition, with labels.
All refunds will be credited to your Debit/Credit card within 30 working days of CHICA receiving the item.

Sale Items

Please note that we can not issue refunds on Sale Items that are returned. However we will issue you with online store credit if you choose to return Sale or reduced items.

Exchanges

Unfortunately CHICA cannot guarantee that the item you wish to exchange will be in stock. If the item is no longer in stock, one of the CHICA team will contact you by email or telephone and let you know. You will be given the option to exchange for another item or get store credit or a refund where applicable.

You will receive a returns number by email.
Complete the returns form ensuring all the correct information that is required is included.
Send the item(s) back to CHICA at the address on the returns form, preferably in the original packaging or a suitable replacement. Your parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us, so we recommend using Registered Post or a registered delivery service. Please obtain a proof of posting certificate which you should retain until you receive your refund.
Please note that returning items will be at your expense, however the cost of sending the exchanged item(s) out will be met by CHICA.
Subsequent exchanges could require additional packaging costs.
All items must be returned to CHICA in their original condition.

Error by Chica / Problem Goods

Contact customer services at info@chicaboutiqueonline.com or on +353 1 6351852 clearly explaining the fault and stating your original order number.
You will receive a returns number by email.
Complete the returns form ensuring all the correct information that is required is included, including the reason for return stating exactly whether you require a refund or exchange and the problem with the item being returned.
Send the item(s) back to CHICA at the address on the returns form, preferably in the original packaging or a suitable replacement. Your parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us, so we recommend using Registered Post or a registered delivery service. Please obtain a proof of posting certificate which you should retain until you receive your refund.
If you are returning the product because of an error on our part, CHICA will be happy to refund you the costs involved in sending the item back to us as well as your original postage costs.
You will receive confirmation via email upon receipt of the product by us.

Statutory Rights

Your statutory rights are not affected by our returns policy and you will have the benefit of them too.

General terms

We will not be responsible for the performance of any obligations under these terms and conditions in the case of an event outside of our reasonable control (force majeure), including (but not limited to) strikes, lockouts, failures of third party systems or networks, acts of god, fire, earthquake, storm, flood or other natural disaster, civil unrest, acts of terrorism, deliberate sabotage of or malicious damage to equipment or data or for damage to or destruction of premises or equipment.

All notices which we need to give to you under these terms and conditions will be sent by us to your registered e-mail address.

These terms and conditions set out the entire agreement between you and us in respect of the sale, purchase and use of the goods. They supersede any previous agreement or understanding in relation to the subject matter hereof. No variation of these terms are binding on us unless agreed by us in writing.
