Returns Policy

If you wish to return or exchange your purchase from chicaboutiqueonline.com you must follow the below guidelines:

Ensure that the item being returned is in perfect condition with all tags and labels attached and there must be no marks on the items or any signs of wear on the tags this includes the item being washed, dry cleaned, altered, worn or damaged.

Obtain a Return Authorisation Code by contacting info@chicaboutiqueonline.com and return to us within 7 days of purchase. Post the item you wish to return together will the completed Return Authorisation Code to:

The item is your responsibility until it reaches us, so we would advise you to send it by registered mail or any postage that requires signing upon delivery.

The cost of returning the item to us is also your responsibility.

We will issue you a refund (excluding original delivery charge) on receipt of the return or exchange the item for a different size or colour if preferred. However, all Jewellery and Accessories are non-returnable or exchangeable. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Sales Item

If you wish to return a sale item purchased from chicaboutiqueonline.com the same process and conditions apply as stated above. However, we can only issue you online store credit on sale items.

Faulty Item

If the item you received is faulty, please contact info@chicaboutiqueonline.com quoting your order number, your name and address, details of the product and the reason for return, and whether you require a refund or a replacement. We will then advise on how to proceed with the return. You have 7 days from date of purchase to return the faulty item to us.

I received the wrong item

If the item you received is not what you originally ordered, please contact info@chicaboutiqueonline.com quoting your order number, your name and address, details of the product and the reason for return, and whether you require a refund or a replacement. We will then advise on how to proceed with the return.

Discount codes & vouchers

If a discount was applied to your original order, the amount refunded will be adjusted to allow for the revised order value and appropriate discount level.
